A 45mm (1¾") or 38mm (1½") badge with the transgender Pride flag on a page from the Harry Potter books and text featuring your pronouns of choice. You will receive a random badge from the pile, it's near impossible to guarantee what the text will be. The idea behind these is the text itself doesn't matter, it's that the Harry Potter books become a declaration of trans pride in spite of JKR.
Common pronouns are they/them, she/her and he/him, but I can custom make any pronouns and combinations, such as zie/zir and she/they. If it fits, I can also put a slogan of your choice on there (though check the other Trans Harry Potter badges as I already have a few available).
These badges are made from pages from a physical copy of Harry Potter that I own and have chosen to upcycle. I am doing this because JKR's vendetta against trans people has made me incandescent with rage. As a trans person myself, I can no longer support the author, though I do not begrudge anyone who still loves Harry Potter. It's a complicated issue, but Harry Potter means too much to too many people to pretend it doesn't exist or to judge people for. Fandom has claimed the Wizarding World and shown so much support for trans people that they deserve to be celebrated.
This left me with a set of books that I didn't want to give away (because I count that as supporting the author) and nor did I want to just burn or recycle them. JKR doesn't care about that, because she's already got the money. So instead, I decided to turn the books into a force for good and craft with the pages. The most logical choice was to make badges.
I can make larger 58mm (2¼") badges (£3) on request.
